Minebit
Hire Minecraft talent whose work has been checked. This page is the source of truth for how the name, logo, colours and tone are used.
The idea
The mark is a block with a chunk mined out of its corner, and the chunk, the bit, floating beside it in cyan. Mine, then bit: one small piece, taken out and looked at. It is also the idea of the product, where a person checks the piece of work that matters before anyone is hired. The name is two plain words and does not contain the word Minecraft. In running text write Minebit. The wordmark is set in lowercase.
Logo
- Clear spaceKeep at least the width of the bit free on every side.
- Minimum sizeThe icon stays legible down to 16 px. Below 24 px use the icon, not the lockup.
- Which oneUse the lockup in product and documents, and the icon where space is tight, such as avatars, favicons and app tiles.
- BackgroundsThe dark icon tile works on anything. The bare mark needs strong contrast: use the white version on dark or coloured backgrounds, the ink version on light.
Do not
- Stretch, rotate or recolour the mark, or move the cyan bit.
- Put the mark on a busy photo or low-contrast colour.
- Add shadows, outlines or effects to the mark.
- Write the name as "MineBit", "Mine Bit" or in all caps in running text.
- Use the Minecraft logo, name styling, textures or characters anywhere in our branding.
- Imply the vetted mark is made or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Errors and destructive actions
Cyan is the brand. Green only ever means something has been checked. If a screen needs green and nothing on it has been vetted or verified, use cyan instead. On bright cyan, text is near-black, never white.
Type
Inter
One family for everything. Weights 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800.
- Headings
- Hire talent whose work has been checked
- Bold, tracking −2.8%, tight leading.
- Body
- Send in the plugins, mods and maps you shipped. A person reads the code before the mark goes on.
- Regular, 16 px, relaxed leading.
Trust marks
These are product marks, not decoration. Only show them where the status is real.
A reviewer read this person's shipped work. It is not an endorsement or a safety guarantee.
An admin confirmed the network controls what it claims. It is not an endorsement.
Always labelled. Paid placement never changes the Vetted mark.
Voice
We say
- “A person reads the code before the mark goes on.”
- “Every listing shows its pay.”
- “Vetted is not an endorsement.”
We avoid
- “The #1 platform for elite talent.”
- “100% safe, guaranteed.”
- Exclamation marks, emoji and hype.
Plain, specific and a little dry. Say what happens. Never promise an outcome the platform does not control: we connect people, and what they do next is theirs.
